In chapter 700 Law confesses his hatred for bread.
Now this leaves us wondering why he gained that immense hatred for bread. Most people will say that Law simply doesn't like the taste of bread, but they are wrong! Who would hate the taste of bread? Laws hatred for bread goes even deeper than his hatred for Donquixote Doflamingo.
This is what I think happened, sometime during the TS when Law entered the New World, he foolishly attacked the someone even stronger than Ussop, Buggy, and Afro Luffy, the almighty Bread!
When Law used Room and tried to cut Bread in half, not only did it do no damage to Bread, but it also made it stronger! Think about it, what is the only thing stronger than Bread? The obvious answer is Sliced Bread! So Law tried everthing he could on bread, but it either did nothing or made it stronger. Bread proceeded to neg diff Law and was about to kill him, but Law had one thing unexpected, Bepo! The fight between these two Gods resulted in so much damage to the planet that everyone everywhere could feel it. Bread managed to extreme diff Bepo and luckily the Heart Pirates managed to escape.
This experience left Law traumatized every time he saw bread. Here are some examples.
P.S. Laws reaction right after he said he hates bread wasn't because he felt embarrassed for saying that, but it made him remember his fight with bread.
