Why kabuto is still standing????

I was wondering why Kabuto is standing after ending the edotensi. is he still under the effect of Izanagi after choosing the right path.He should be free to move and get out of genjetsu but he is still standing like he is still in illusion

kabuto hasnt chosen the right path yet, the reason he released edo tensei is because itachi casted tsukuyomi on him, so kabuto is still stuck in izanami
