Let me compose a quick counterargument regarding EMS and fatigue:
For those of you saying you aren't able to use EMS for extended periods of time without being fatigued considerably: This is false. Based on what has been shown in the manga so far, EMS does not have the same consequences standard MS has.
I'm going to show a few scans directly from the manga that support this:
Here we briefly see Sasuke using full Susano'o with no signs of being tired at all; he didn't even break a sweat.
As shown above, we see Sasuke effortlessly cast a seemingly complete Susano'o once again.
A few panels later, still no evidence of fatigue.
And here we see Sasuke using Susano'o yet again in his encounter with Itachi without recovering from his previous usages of the EMS.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Furthermore, needless to say, we see Madara using EMS/Susano'o seamlessly for almost the entire duration of the battle
As opposed to MS, whereas:
Itachi after roughly 1 use of Susano'o. Granted that he was sick, but as stated by Zetsu, MS usage was obviously a factor of his displayed fatigue.
Sasuke stating that his entire body was in pain despite not having full mastery over MS while he doesn't so much as mention Susano'o as of currently.
So, in conclusion: EMS has not yet shown considerable fatigue like MS has exhibited in the past. It probably has some fatigue to it due to the fact that you're utilizing chakra to keep it active, however the chakra that it exerts is negligible because it isn't significant like MS's.
