as for the susano attacks as you basically said yourself (or someone else did so many posts i dont even remember who said what xd ) anyway he could most likely just jump up and he can deactivate susano that fast also because remember how fast he brought it out with his battle with sasuke where he used kirin which travels at 1/1000th of a second where if he can activate it so he should have no trouble getting away from the earth technique

and if ma and pa use that technique to knock itachi flat, since all hes doing is avoiding he could activate the susano again without a problem

I was simply saying Itachi has no need to ever fight Jiraiya. If Jiraiya didn't start the battle in sage mode it would be game over for him. Itachi has many offensive attacks that Jiraiya can't defend against unless in SM.

I mean think about it. We have never seen Itachi actually struggle in a battle. Jiraiya and Tsunade had serious trouble with orochimaru. Itachi could have killed him in a second.
