False. If you go back and read the manga page, you will see that Naruto was summoned to Mt. Myobokuzan, he was not reverse summoned anywhere.

The only person able to reverse summon themselves is Minato with FTG. No one else can.

Jiraiya wouldn't even have time to be reverse summoned though as base Jiraiya is very susceptible to Itachi's genjutsu.
