Yes, Itachi can beat Naruto and Bee. Bee was defeated by Kisame Samehade. Naruto is weak vs genjutsu. Bee has nothing to counter Yata Mirror, Tsukuyomi, Totsuka Sword and Naruto has nothing to counter Yata Mirror and Tsukuyomi.

How long does it take Bee to break Tsukuyomi? If it takes him even 0.00001 sec it will be futile, 0.000001 sec = 24+ days if Itachi wants it. Itachi's Tsukuyomi starts and ends at almost the same time.

Nice thread , your effort is sincerely appreciated. But Itachi can lose to a few people in 1 v 1 if we judje practically ( Tobi , Madara and maybe tie with Sasuke ) but i believe him to be in top 5 strongest shinobi ( excluding SO6P )

In My eyes nagato is the strongest so far in the manga, If nagato was at full power and wasnt being controlled by edo he could beat anyone.
Itachi didnt not beat nagato. naruto, bee & itachi beat nagato and we all know the edo's dont show there full power, kabuto didnt know much about nagato hence the reason he was defeated. Theses are fact, for anothere example orochi didnt know much about the 1st & 2nd but the 3rd beat them? common
Itachi is one of my favs and reminds me of a mini minato but he cannot beat nagato.
At age 10 nagato mastered all 5 nature transformations yet we didnt see this ls ying yang release.
