Firstly, he never expect that the battle will turn against him cos Itachi is also an edo before he break it. I believe if nagato knew that, he will have to a way to counter the amaterasu and moreover nagato was sealed because he was already weak after bee, naruto and itachi counter is technique.. Moreover it also part of kabuto plan..

the susanoo will not last long, even if itachi was at his prime, susanoo wont last more then 5 minutes, even casting the ribs will damage itachi severly, look at sasuke. in that time, the opponents can just move just outside the reach of itachi's attacks until susanoo then strike

Yeah. This is wrong. Nagato can counter Totsuka and Yata, Gaara as well. All they have to do is drag Itachi out of Susanoo and They can dodge his Totsuka. Gaara's sand is fast enough to block Amaterasu so side stepping Totsuka while riding the sand will be easy, Kakashi and any other character with good speed and reflexes will dodge it because NO SPECIALLY HIGH SPEED HAS BEEN MENTIONED OR IMPLIED ABOUT TOTSUKA NO TSURUGI. Keep in mind that I'm not saying people can beat Itachi just because they can avoid Totsuka, there's still Amaterasu and his other great techs. He's a great ninja. Also all his genjutsu are short ranged so top tier long range fighters like Gaara, Tsuchikage will give him a run for his money. He's a high level ninja but I know people closer to invincible than he is.

1. Gaara can't drag people out of a complete susanoo with it's mantle. He dragged Madara out of his susanoo because it was incomplete.

2. Nagato can't counter Sword of Totsuka or Yata Mirror, that is why he was defeated by it in the manga.

3. Itachi's Genjutsu are not short ranged, they are medium ranged.

Have Itachi use Tsukuyomi on a complete juchuriki? I mean someone like Bee? I don't know so.. So your idea of saying that "Chakra disruption DOESN'T work on ITACHI'S TSUKUYOMI" Isn't genuine..

Sasuke used it on Killer Bee, but he was not able to manipulate the time, Bee broke out of it after 5-10 seconds with his 8-tailed beast chakra disruption and nearly 1 shotted Sasuke with Lariat.

Where do you read it? The manga never stated that Nagato was defeated by Itachi. It was 3 vs 1 battle..

Ultimate Nagato was defeated by ITACHI, all the damaging attacks and final 1 shot seal attack were Itachi's attacks. Naruto and Bee were so pathetic that they couldn't land a scratch on Ultimate Nagato. Naruto and Bee were saved 2 times by Itachi. Naruto and Bee were only hindering Itachi, not assisting him.

No shinobi is invincible. Also Minato was said to be a genius seen once in a lifetime at best. I'm not saying he's smarter than Itachi, but they're definitely equal.

The manga haven't prove that ok.. There's always a way, every techniques has weakness, i don't think only a sharingan user can break tsukuyomi, i believe a complete juchuriki can..

You are a dumb fanboy who has no clue about manga, people have explained it to you yet you claim otherwise without any manga evidance.

1. Itachi's Tsukuyomi has weaknesses, as explained previously.
2. Complete Jinchuriki? nope, chakra disruption doesn't work vs Itachi's Tsukuyomi and Tailed Beast powers also don't work, the 9-tails was put under the control of Tobi Madara Uchiha with a regular Sharingan Genjutsu.
