Why Itachi didnt acquire EMS?

I'm abit confused here....

I dont find any gud reason why iachi didnt choose to have the EMS cuz all he needed was to take a sharingan and then its done!!
While killing off his entire clan I bet he had multiple choices of Sharingans to choose from.

He needed to implant a Mangekyo Sharingan from his brother, Sasuke ... wich wasn't his objective. Read the manga

He has to take his direct relative's eyes; i.e. Sasuke's.

He need not necessarily plant an MS I think cuz Sasuke's was only a plain sharingan when they fought and yet Itachi said he'd take it.

and as for 'it must be his brothers eye' , I cant relate dat to any part of the manga....Its not necesary dat it should be his brother's only. it could be anybody's, I suppose, after acquiring the MS.

1. no 2 people have the "same DNA" like you said... if that were true, they would be carbon copies of each other
2. It does have to be your broother's eyes to obtain the EMS

He needed to plant a sharingan dats all I see. Nothing like it needs to be his brothers or it needs to be MS too.

U have a point there... Gud one! Still they may have just been randomly said.
But I am convinced dat one must take the sharingans from his siblings i.e family members and implant them to acquire the EMS.

But (back to the topic) still it doesnt clear as to why Itachi didnt really acquire EMS, since he could've taken the Sharingan from his dad or mom.
