Why isn't Kakashi S-class ninja?

False. When I think Kage level, I think someone who could take on 2 or 3 Jounin at the same time. Hidan would be murdered if it was a Jounin, like Neji, and Konohomaru, a genin. Hidan has ONE technique due to his immortality. The dude sucks.

I disagree. Kage level to me means that somebody who has the abilities to defeat a kage. Deidora has already done it. Kakuzu can possibly beat gaara, mei, tsunade, onoki. Kisame can also.

You say kage level is basically someone that can take on 2/3 jonins. Answer this, do you think any of the current kages can take on, gai, darui and neji at the same time and win?

Possibly, lets not underestimate sai. Also ranks arent always accurate. Examples being naruto and sasuke. Both are genin yet they should be able to beat any of the kages in 1 vs 1 situation

yes correct its like katas if u can't do'em u can beat ur own sensei all day but if u can't pass the test u stay the same rank wether ur the best or not... naruto's probly gonna be the first ninja ever to be promoted from genin straight to hokage. but that just the system.

Sasori, Itachi, Nagato and Tobi are the only Kage-level ninja. Why? Because they have many techniques that make them powerful. The rest have only one signature technique/ability/trait that makes them an Elite Jounin.

Kisame- Swordsmanship
Konan- Origami jutsu

we all know that naruto and sasuke are just gennin because they have never had the time or opportunity to advance further.

Sai and asuma had all the opportunity to do so and there is no way that sai > asuma.

Being an anbu doesnt put you at jounin level or better, kabuto in part 1 easily kills 7 anbu members like they were nothing.

Lol yeah Anbu are pretty terrible...Useless ragdolls thrown to enemies hoping the enemy will drain some chakra while killing them.

It doesn't matter if they beat Jounin! Kage Level insinuates that they can defeat other Kage. And Gaara is the weakest Kage ever at this point. One of my favorite characters but no, he is the weakest. Only because he was the strongest in his weak village (sorry, its true lol). That being said, Gaara would have defeated Deidara anytime and anywhere other than the Village he is sworn to protect. He would also beat Hidan, Konan, Zetsu, and I give him a very realistic chance against Kisame.

Urm....Any where else but the sand village, And give deidara intent to kill , deidara will demolish gaara by just starting with c4.....Through the fight he was complaining that he had to capture and not kill him, because of that it was harder

Kakashi easily takes out two anbu members with genjutsu, so if you put anbu above jounins, then kakashi is a genjutsu master.

We aren't using it as a rank. We are using it as a measurement. There is a huge difference between a Jounin(like Iruka),an elite Jounin(like Asuma) and a Kage(like Tsunade). Its easier to say Kage-level than Super Elite Jounin lol

Gaara's handicap was that it was in his village. Deidara's handicap was that he didn't think he needed too much clay, so he didn't bring much, and gaara had the topographical advantage.

The bold part. Itachi 13 anbu leader was a jonin take into considration what he achieved at this age. I cannot even think of many jonins that can do what he did or even kages. Yamato was in anbu yet he is a jonin. Im also sure that kakashi was a jonin before he went to anbu. Lets not forget danzou's body guards are jonin level. Shisui who was in anbu is a jonin atleast.

Infact its confirmed kakashi was a jonin at 13 then joined anbu
