Why is this thought to be slow?

Apparently this technique is slow and anyone can easily dodge it, pretty much what everyone just states without any proper explanation. I dont see how that is possibly given it was only dodged by a very fast snake. So anyone faster than Manda can dodge it, how many characters are faster than Manda?

Katsuyu is a slug and they are known to be slow but she isnt going after someone she is spitting on them and she doesnt spit slow.

Also if you look at the size of the boulder Manda spins off its almost as wide as the end of his tail, the attack covers a wide area so it cannot be simply dodged. Katsuyu wont be spitting at a big snake, she will be spitting at tiny humans who cant outrun such a large amount of acid falling them.

This wont be used at a long range but if someone wants to attack Sakura or Tsunade they have to come by Katsuyu but going near her will be a very bad idea.

Imagine characters running towards that to try and hit Sakura or Tsunade, they will without a doubt be hit by acid trying to get to them.

He is beyond fast, he completely makes up for his largeness. Not many characters can move as fast as Manda meaning they arent dodging the acid.

A ground user could bring up a wall of earth to protect them, or go under the ground.
A water user could highly dilute the acid with water making it useless.
wind users could blow it away.
lightning users generally move fast, so they would probably dodge it.
fire users could evaporate it.
There are also other elemental and non-elemental jutsu that could help in this situation.

I would say its speed isn't slow as well. The speed of manda is just extremely fast. If this move was slow it wouldn't really be very useful in battle.

Yes it can be countered however it sets up a great opportunity for Sakura to attack, Katsuyu spits her acid and Sakura jumps off to attack, opponents needs to counter acid then deal with Sakura who right there after they counter.

Yes, Katsuya acid spit is very fast and it plausible

You are simply not understanding the thread. Manda is faster than alot of characters I would love to see jounins outrun him, he makes up for his largeness with his speed so his largeness only shows how how much of an area the acid hits.
