I really don't think you understand what I'm trying to say.

Let's say, for arguments sake, the Juubi did compensate for the missing chakra.

Would adding the Hachibi and Kyuubi chakra to that compensated chakra make it stronger? Yes.

And that's the point I'm trying to make. Adding the Hachibi and Kyuubi complete chakra will make the Juubi stronger, no matter how much "compensated chakra" it has, or can have.
