Why is the art of summonling looked down upon by people?

This is a particular thing I have found here, basically we know there are different ninja arts and style. We have ninjutsu, we have taijutsu, genjutsu, fuuinjutsu, space-time, etc.

The ninjas that are top in their respective areas, are usually the strongest of the strongest. space-time (Minato and Tobi), taijutsu (Naruto in SM and KM), genjutsu (Shisui, Itachi), fuuinjutsu (Rikudou Sennin).

Without their respective area of specialization, said ninjas wouldnt be where they are, this include RS, without fuuinjutsu he could never had defeated Juubi and got his chakra.

So why is the particular art of summoning looked down upon? If a ninja specialization is summoning people call that ninja weak, using other power, etc.

Why? As far as I was aware of, summoning was a legit art in Naruto world.

summoning is a type of space-time ninjutsu, as it instantly transports whomever the shonobi signed a contract with wherever they are.

nobody JUST specializes in Summoning ... if anything only a few ninjas are lucky enough to have a summon jutsu, like Orochimaru or Jiraiya.

minato was also a fuuinjutsu specialist, the only one in the series actually, so6 used eye techniques

Summonings are very rare in the series so maybe some small percentage of people don't see it as a big deal until edo tensei cameU_U

You're trying to compare Regular animal summoning to Edo Tensei. No one has a problem with regular summoning as no character has used it in a bitch move. When Naruto and Sasuke fought at the valley i believe he could have won just by summoning. but he believes in his own strength and isn't a bitch. Someone who spams Edo tensei knowing cause they aren't strong enough themselves and then stupid people without a sense of clue saying they are one of the top ninjas ever is where the problem lies. That's like saying if someone spammed on a thread and someone saying they are the best NB thread poster ever

I think maybe OP meant the other way around or something.

A sign of a character's strength is their ability to also be able to summon. We it with Gambunta not thinking Naruto is worthy of summoning him, Danzo being impressed that Sasuke is able to summon stuff.
Even people like Guy, who people might not think is very strong but I think he's supremely underrated, and he's able to summon.

Take for example the anime known as "Project A-ko". There is a little girl whose power isnt that impressive, she cant even blow a planet by herself I think, and is bested by the main characters at times.

This doesnt seem so threatening until she becomes the final villain and start to really mess shit up because she is able to summon a dragon that can destroy multiple universes at once, the dragon obey the girl.

Would you honestly say that the dragon's power isnt the girl's power to and effectively the true level of the girl is not that of multiple universes?

She is a sorcerer and can open a portal where the multiversal dragon dwells, the dragon will obey anyone that summon her (yes is a female). But only she knows the spell to bring the dragon into the physical universe. There are multiple summons in the series, but they all pale in comparison with the multiversal dragon summon. The witch on herself, has been defeated by the main characters fairly easily, but again her summon makes her able to take on galactic fleets and laugh at them. Again, the sorceres has been defated by beigns that at most can destroy a city block, yet would you argue that she isnt universe level?

Just like how currently only Kabuto has been shown capable of using edo tensei on this scale.

If you like satirical and humouristic anime you will love project A-ko, the main character is the bastard daughter of superman and wonder woman (seriously), the series was intended to be real porn, but in the end was made into an ecchi.

There are other summoners, yes. Technically they could summon the dragon, but they need to know how to access the specific summon dimension where the dragon lies. When you bring a summon to the physical plane, said summon obeys you.

If you pay attention this is very similar on how Kabuto operates, he summon strong shinobis by performing an specific requirement and while the summon is bound to his contract no other can perform it.

Project A-ko is just the most extreme example, but you will find that summoning is not rare in fiction:

and everytime it is used, it is legitimatelly counted as the summoner's power. If your enemy cant summon, too bad for them.

Being cheap or not is irrelevant, it still its power. Like it or not, you cant simply say "it doesnt count because is way to haxx". This is like saying a reality warper power doesnt count "because is a coward that have to think all its problems out of existence, instead of confronting them".
