Why is the animation quality for Naruto become especially awful? Any official answers

I see I didn't get a lot of feedback just defense and criticism for the question that I asked.

The animation for Naruto is absolutely subpar, I didn't state that the show was bad but the animation is bad.

A big group of people work on the show. Sometimes the animation is very bad and sometimes its very good. It depends on whoever makes the episode. The Madara episode just had bad artwork, not bad animation.
