Why is the animation quality for Naruto become especially awful? Any official answers

I haven't watched an episode of Naruto since...years.
The last episode I remember watching was Naruto Vs Neji in the Chuunin Exam.

All this time I've been reading the manga.

I heard that the episode entitled 'Madara' of the the anime was especially good, so I watched it and immediately I was struck by how absolutely ridiculously awful the animation has become(and the OP music). Its almost a travesty.

Is there any answers for this? Its not simply that the animation is below previous Naruto standards, no, I'm certain that Naruto is the worst animated show on any block. Especially for a title so well loved and popular, how is the animation quality so horrendous?

It looks like the work of untalented amateurs.

What type of studio failures are going on that the animation has come to this?

I think you're confusing artwork and animation, they're not the same.

The animation (and the artwork for the most part) in 322 was better than any Part 1 offering.

You must not know jack about animation. The madara episode had AMAZING animation, with some of the scenes lacking detailed art, which was sacrificed to show fluid animation.

And part 1 did NOT have better animation than shippuden.

Also when discussing animations you need to take into consideration the amount of episodes the series will have. You can't compare things that last 12-25 eps with Naruto who has 600 eps or something. The budget gets to them.

I'm assuming you haven't watched one piece then, Naruto's animation is 10x better

I think the problem is you started reading the manga.. in your head it's all better.. and if the reality differs from that (which it does) it's dissapointing.. since i read the manga i'm not so pumped up anymore for the anime and it mostly dissapoints compared to what i hate in my mind, but i still watch it ofcourse.
