sasuke used alll the bijuu chakra and still wasn't able to win against naruto
Sasuke admitted that he lost
Naruto RM chakra was less than usual because of the fight with kaguya (which is not the case for sasuke since he used the bijuu chakra)
naruto was exhausted from fighting for days

• It's not an excuse to be frank, it literally means Naruto wasn't even battling 100%, instead of excuse, lets call it fact.

2.

• Naruto & the clones weren't even 100% Naruto/Kurama, they had already been split by over 2,000., not only that but Naruto's plan in the first place was for Kurama to gather the chakra, also if you failed to noticed that "Kurama" was a clone which Naruto could have easily sent down more for greater chakra.

3.

• A fist fight cannot decide which ideal is better, that's basically saying if I kick your ass, I have a right to take anything I want from you, because ya know, ideals.

It is a major excuse when you're only trying hold off the enemy and not kill them
Kurama gathered nature energy and no ,Nrgging is when someone solos another person with no diff at all which is completely wrong
Even tho you no proof of that i would still say that forcing someone to admit their loss despite the subject is still considered a "win"
