Why is One Direction the best boyband?

I don't get it.... They do have talent, but they can't compare to the other boybands, like Nsync, Backstreet boys otc or whatever kind of band from 90 century.

But my point is that a lot of people have stated that OD is the best boyband ever...

I know this is not something I should post, however I just want to hear from you guys.

Is that true?

It's all because they look very 'girly', which seems to appeal to immature 12 year old girls. They sure can sing, I will give them that, but their songs are written by someone else..the only job they have to do is sing, that too with autotuned voices(not always tho). The fangirls make them look terrible..they're hated as much as Justin Bieber.
