[Discussion] Why is Naruto all of a sudden faster than Minato?

Its not all of a sudden, Naruto was holding back in his little scuffle with Raikage, then he went full speed, his full speed is when you can only see a yellow flash due to his glowing cloak, this isnt sudden, it was pretty obvious, I wouldnt say Naruto is Faster than FTG but up to par with it.
And kudos for Naruto dodging Raikage the same way Minato did

Do not forget every time someone test Naruto, He takes it to the next step. Do not under estimate Naruto. When He meets Madara, He will again take it to the next step, Naruto is still evolving in front of our eyes. The same will happen when Naruto meets Sasuke, the need creates what is needed.

Naruto doesn't need the special seals to teleport and I guess that has to do with the power of the nine tail demon and his genetic instinct of reaction. Minato probably knew that it required something special (nine tail demon fox) to perform his FTG without marks, thus the reason he sacrificed his life to give naruto this new power just like itachi sacrificed his to give sasuke new powers.

It is probably just practice. This is the first time that Naruto is out with this mode and he is just learning. Naruto learns more by doing it.
