He just doesn't want to give up. He's causing problems and wars even in death...

If its wrong, prove it.
Even in today's chapter, when he is about to die, he is still thinking about rin.

What else is the reason that he called out war for?
Atleast madara have a good reason to turn evil, because his entire clan betrayed him , he lost all he had, his bro. What he said was correct, after hashirama, tobirama became hokage and discrimination towards uchiha started.

Obito clearly knows why rin died , and it was her own will. He is still stuck up on the past and can't move on. But that is not the problem here, the problem is , he is doing the same thing which brought him in this situation, war.
Tell me, how actually would he obtain world peace like that? do you approve of his idea?

Madara is a god damn villain and he is playing his role exactly like he should. Orochimaru is also a perfect villain.
They are villain because they are evil.
The problem i have with obito being the main villain is, his reasons for becoming a villain.
Rin died, so what, everyone has to die one day, it is the rule of life. Just move on and don't get stuck up to what happened.

He is reason ,minato lost his whole family in a matter of seconds. Obito thinks he is correct and want to cast genjutsu on the world because the person he loved the most died. then again, what he did to minato? his beloved sensei?
He took away from minato what he loved the most. So did you see minato hating him ?
Madara sliced tsunade in two different pieces and do you see hashirama being mad about it?
Shinobi is the one who endures. Kakashi lost all the people he loved , do you see him giving up on life and killing of other people just for his own selfish dream ?

In fact, it was more difficult on kakashi than on obito, because kakashi killed her team mate by his very own hands.
Can you imagine how would he feel at that time?

Madara represents the elder son and wants to rule the world by power. Whats wrong with that?
And whats up with your argument of madara being old? So you judge if a villain is legit or not, by his age ?

For me , ever since tobi was revealed as obito, he stopped acting as a villain and started becoming a cry baby.

I'm hungover so I can't respond to this properly but Obito DOES care about rin but rin is merely the icon of his hate. He needed a motivator as a kid for Madara to pollute him, the icon of his hate of the world is not that he died and Rin died, it's the fact that he lived in a world where he and Rin could die. Remember Obito did grow up in the middle of war, he is genuinely sick of the world and hey if you're sick of the world and you're offered a solution to fix that world...why wouldn't you take it?

There is so much to Obito's character and Rin signifies Obito's core and his childhood innocence. It's not all about Rin, he even said so.

Also I have no problem with Madara being old, Kakazu and Orochimaru are awesome. But Madara literally doesn't even belong in this generation- he had his chance and he died a failed frail old man, he only came back by chance.

BTW. Madara was never part of Edo army.
Please read the manga :)

This chapter did a fantastic job at awkwardly ending the Kakashi/Obito fight with no real climax, humiliating Obito and making Madara suddenly some real big deal.

What I want to know is why is Madara, the reincarnated museum piece becoming the final villain? He should've been dealt with ages back, remember how he was one just part of the Edo tensei army? He's outgrown his use, and it makes much more sense for Obito to be the war's final villain- but if we keep getting panels of Obito being a little *****, somehow losing and lines like Madaras that, 'I dont need him anymore' then Kishimoto will really f*ck up. Like, more than ever before.

Madara just shouldn't be the final villain (not counting Sasuke obviously) because he doesn't have any relationships with any of the modern characters and is totally out of place. He's a walking fossil and he doesn't even know Naruto or anyone he's fighting other than stupid old Hashirama. Obito already has ties to all the main characters, and good ones too- he was set up perfectly to become the Jinchuuriki host and oh my god I can't keep writing this is all too ridiculous. This is just getting worse and worse.

Wtf?!! Y shouldn't he b da main villian? Everything that happened in naruto frm the 9tails attack frm the formation of of the akatsuki and the ninja war was all due to madaras plans that he gave to obito. R u high of course he should b da main villian its his damn plan

I don't see a problem with Madara being the villain - at least in theory. I mean, he is the one who came up with moon's eye, he shaped Obito into a villain and layed out the basics of the whole plot. So, he is a legit final villain in that regard.

The problem is how Kishi constructed the relations between his characters. What I mean is that Obito in his Tobi/Madara-role was always presented as an opposite to Naruto, the main character. His backstory about the Kyuubi attack, his speeches and interest with Naruto led to a quite personal feud between them. Things culminated when the Gokages fought Madara while Naruto took on Tobi.

Then we learn that Tobi is actually Obito, a character related more to a secondary character (Kakashi). At least now, with Madara's arrival at the battlefield, Kishi should have made roles clear by having Naruto and Madara interacting with each other. But instead, Obito continued to be shown as Naruto's opposite, by having all this dialogue about the Ninja world, ideologies etc. with him. Then Kishi suddenly, directly after one of those dialogues, takes Obito away with Kakashi to battle things out in another dimension. Of course, it makes sense, concerning their past and abilities (the Kamui) to make them a matchup - but the whole presentation of Obito up to that point heavily contradicts it. That's the problem.
