Why is konan compared to Tsunade?

So why is Konan compared to Tsunade, in intelligence, and strength?


Konan needed prep time before the battle started.. and it had to be the right place.. for her 6 million paper bomb plan. And the whole 6 million paper bomb thing is the reason shes put higher more then Tsunade.


Most intelligent Woman shinobi in Naruto should easily be : Tsunade.

But why is Konan considered higher then her, in most threads about the women of Naruto.


I want to know. Please explain.

Well first off, she was able to deduce Obito's abilities and limits just through observation over time...for someone who acts as mysterious as he does....that is impressive.

Also, against the Aburame Clan, which possesses very analytical strategists such as Shino, she was able to successfully combat them. Intelligently dousing herself in water before exploding her paper bombs.

Despite the fact she had Prep-Time, she still managed to successfully trap Obito. Also, she had already formulated a strategy to kill them both. Obito stopped it at the last minute, and Konan kept from killing herself.

Her use of the Oragami Angels to spy on Amegakure is also very intelligent.

Tsunade herself hasn't shown many intelligent strategy feats. Most of her brilliance has come through medical breakthroughs. Her entire fighting style against Madara was tanking attacks :/. Tanking Susanoo Swords/Punches and tanking Katon jutsu.

Anyways...I think that is why Konan is probably standing towards the top in intellignce. Despite not being an incredibly skilled Shinobi (though even then she's above average), she nearly formulated a plan that almost killed Obito and his Haax Kamui !

Konan specializes in Origami , so shes good in it. She set the trap and took obito to that place. Shino had no chance against konan.. she simply overpowered them. There was no intelligence involved there.


Tsunade:

- Always has the teams ready to go

- She knew SM was needed to go against Nagato, hence why she sent Naruto to train.

- Her counter to Pain's technique

- Greatest medic of all time

- Only one to counter Chiyo's poison (Sakura did it cause Tsunade is her teacher)

- Made the god damn laws for medic ninja

- Knew that Naruto and B are needed to win the war.

If you're serious please elaborate because her attacks are EXTREMELY different from Minato/konan's.
