I dont get Kakashi's feild rep, most of it was as a anbu, discrepancy is like required right.

Not really or at least the way I see it. ANBU aren't meant to be known by name as they don't divulge their information to anyone other than the Hokage, their acting leader aside from their squad captain. Kakashi gained more fame after he left the ANBU through his field work and some from his childhood. We only know he was Kakashi because we are the audience unless I forgot to see an episode where they mentioned him by name while in ANBU uniform and wasn't from Konoha. Ao was also a hunter-nin so I would assume, outside the village, not much was known about him. He didn't seem the type to brag about himself so I would assume his skills were known only by those who've worked with him closely like the Mizukage or through her/his subordinates.

The sharingan was what abled them to see invisble opponent. If Obito gave Kakashi the Byakugan instead the sharingan he would have died because the byakugan wouldn't have gave him the precision to use chidori. Kakashi was not stronger he needed Obitos help. You fail Aznkidd, you failed.

Surely someone with the famed Byakugan Eye i worthy of praise. Granted the Sharrigan gives with Precognition, Ability and Muscle Mimicry, and Genjutsu Reflective/and Projective capabilitiys, But sure a eye that allows xray vision, and enhanced sight is worthly of equal praise.
