Why is Kaguya the Outer path for the rinnegan?

the ten tails was a perfect fusion of kaguya and the god tree PHYSICALLY...if chakra leaves the ten tails then basically skin and bone should be what's left (gedo statue)...

this is not dragon ball z where if two being deffuse then both go back to it's original form (kaguya's chakra + god tree)

Yeah, It should be skinny Juubi without chakra just skin and bone what we should get and not something entirely different in physical design(look at GM face and compared it to Juubi face, how Gedo can have something to cover his lower part when Juubi is fully naked?) . Im not saying it should reverted back to Kaguya and Shinju but a creature that lost all of his chakra only.

She already got the perfect victim in Madara after BZ hardwork. BZ managed to convinced Madara with tablet and the later followed the path of his doom. The time he summoned GM from moon is the time Kaguya found her perfect victim to control as GM have Kaguya's consciousness there.

Couldnt you see that? Im not talking about what had happen before Madara but after Madara.

Well you said Kaguya picked her victim "thousand time ago". That would imply to anyone you were talking about generations before. Besides that, she had no option in picking because she could perform no actions. It also isn't verified that her consciousness exists without any chakra of the tailed beasts. There's a reason why she had to be revived and not recovered.
