Why is Kaguya the Outer path for the rinnegan?

Now what's interesting is that the outer path/gedo mzaou is actually Kaguya in a cocoon/shell-like state.
The manga states that uchiha+senju power people can control the too.

So what I find funny is that Hagormoo who has the rinnegan had the outer path ability to control is mother, in a sense. Kaguya is one of the rinnegan's power....

If that was the case Hagormoo shouldn't have problems controlling kaguya and Madara who had the rinnegan with uchiha/senju should've been able to control kaguya instead of getting controlled.

This is legit. Imo the Juubi is alot harder to control like we saw in the war and KAguya is actually the Juubi so I guess it makes sense why HAgo cant control her.

They are a lot harder but Madara told Obito that when they connect to the juubi with mokuton to strengthen the bond.

When Madara became juubi jinchuuriki he easily controlled it

Kaguya is the origin of chakra so it makes sense why it is like that.

The Gedo is Kaguya's Shell. It does not include her sentience/willpower.

Her will/black zetsu came from the statue though. But even though kaguya is the origin of all chakra that doesn't mean the rinnegan is. You know what I mean? So kaguya should be the ones controlling the rinnegan not really vice versa.

Dude what are you getting at here exactly? Yes, summoning the gedo is summoning kaguya because that's how she got from earth in the first place.
Black zetsu said that the juubi is not only the divine tree but it's also Kaguya herself.
The divine tree is the final stage of the juubi

You're mistaking gedo for gedo mazou,gedo means outer path,which is a rinnegan tech,gedo mazou means demonic statue of the outer part(ten tails husk),it isn't a rinnegan tech and can only be summoned by the power that sealed it (hago{rinnegan}).
