Why is Kabuto above Minato???

I see people putting Kabuto above minato in top 3 or 10 list.Why?

Minato can give contract release seal in 1/1,000,000 of a second and that would release all his edos aginst kabuto

For me the list is

1. Edo madara(immortal, unlimited chakra, rinnegan,....)
2. So6p(mortal, limited chakra,...)
3. Hashirama
4. Naruto
5. Sasuke(supposed to be counterpart of naruto)
6. Nagato( Can be above sasuke )

1rd) Kabuto Yakushi: edo tensei + DSM + tactician + best healing ability's shown thus far in the manga + 2nd largest summoning in the series(manda II)

2nd) edo Madara: Rinnegan + Makuton/Senju DNA + edo + PS + pure boss
(some may be confused as to edo Madara's placing because he originally was apart of Kabuto's arsenal but once Kabuto's edo tensei was released he sealed himself, Meaning he is in fact his own edo.)

3rd.) Obito: Kumui + Rinnegan + 6 jins path's(7 bijuu) + Makuton/Senju DNA + Gedo Mazou
(I had such a hard time decided who should have been placed higher Obito or Madara hahaha)

4th.) Nagato: The most skilled user of the Rinnegan + Gedo Mazou

5th.) Hashirama: "fairytail" + Senju + Makuton + was known to be on = if not greater fighting terms then living Madara + healing capability's = to Tsunade

6th.) Naruto: variations with Rasengan + mastery of Shadow clone jutsu + SM + perfect Jinjuriki + many toad summons

-->Oh man 7 through 10...these ones are where I hesitate because it gets more difficult<--​

7th.) Sasuke: variations of lightning bassed jutsu + Kenjutsu master + quick thinker + blaze release + EMS
(I know I am going to get allot of people getting pissy at me for Sasuke's placement being as low as it is. But untill we see more of his EMS this is where he is in my opinion.)

8th.) Sasori: the greatest puppet master shown thus far + kazakage puppet + being a puppet meaning he feel's no pain + his collection of about 298 puppets + all weapons ate dipped in poison + conquered a nation.

9th.) Ginkaku & Kinkaku: able to use up to 6tail's each + sage weapons + great tag team

10th.) Hanzo: able to defeat the Sannin with what seemed to be little difficulty if you look at his body he did not seem damaged or warn out in the least + poison weapon + Ibuse
(You could argue that the Sannin where younger/weaker when they fought Hanzo but I dought they was much of a difference)

I don't think Minato would give him a chance to summon them, maybe one but not like 20.

Hey, read some manga before u comment, besides Naruto kcm Rasengan did not hurt Obito at all even he did not Zetsu body, but Minato could kill Obito if Obito did not fuse with Zetsu.

Actually u should think that Minato is very smart and a good tactical counter for those powerful shinobis. So don't just say he can't beat him, he's the fourth hokage after all, DON'T MESS WITH MINATO !!!!!!

Let me tell you that, even if Minato were to remove Kabuto's control over the Edo summons, not all of them (certainly someone like Madara, for example, who hates those who have inherited Hashirama's will of fire) would willingly choose to fight for Yondaime. In any case, it must be said that Dragon Sage Mode Kabuto is too OP for Minato if we consider their current feats.
