You realise even if naruto is slightly dimwitted hes vsed itachi before and realises the consequences of starring at itachi or looking at hime plus sm naruto is able to sense him without eye contact. Id hate to add this in but dont forget naruto's toad summons which also act as another pair of eyes, ears and knowledge. Also yata mirror and sword of totsuka i believe are countered by susano being vunerable from under ground moves (chakra arms) and also to slow to hit naruto, however thats just my speculation! However im not a naruto fanboy so if im wrong ill accept defeat

The Sword of Totsuke strikes so fast that Orochimaru and Nagato didn't see it coming. Both were shocked once they noticed they'd been struck. I think it is plenty fast enough to hit Naruto.

Naruto can have Toads, Sage Mode, and chakra arms. Itachi has Amaterasu.

It has been stated that regular ways to release genjutsu meaning genjutsu release and someone releasing it for you is immposible(because of the power of the jutsu and the speed that it is performed) So even a perfect Jinn could not escape it. If a person cannot stop this genjutsu by sending chakra into the body nobody can not even a bijuu. Itachi could oneshot any opponent who does not know about his tech.

I don't really see how you fans can compare Itachi to the all-time greats. He just does not have enough power. In my opinion the Top Tier characters are:

• Nagato
• Tobi
• Naruto
• Hiruzen Prime
• Madara
• Hashirama
• Minato(borderline)
• Kabuto(without edo borderline)

Itachi just cannot defeat any of the characters listed above. Also Itachi never defeated any character of significance without a decent amount of help, along with his poor stamina I don't really see how he can make top tier.

Um, Itachi Defeated Kabuto, Itachi was defending and protecting Sasuke the whole time. Itachi is on top, we didn't really see his Top Star qualities, yet he was extremely powerful but weakened from overusage of MS and an unknown illness.
