Generally, I've found that women are much more judgmental of looks and can openly express how they feel more often than not.
Most guys just won't say that another guy is good looking unless they're confident enough in themselves and who they are as a person.
For instance, I don't have a problem saying that another dude is good looking or even better looking than myself because I'm not gay, I'm confident in myself and my sexuality, and honestly, I really don't give a flyin' f*ck what anyone else (obviously other than my wife of 10 years) thinks or feels about me or where I'm slangin' my wang!

look in the world of men there are rules and in the by-laws it sates. If male(a) comments on the attractiveness/appearance of male(b) the aforementioned male (a) shall have his man card removed thus resulting in him being gay...Now to actually know that another man looks good does not make u gay normally its for comparison purposes to urself but to actually state it out loud is what makes it questionable

A lot of guys can't say it because they're scared to be called, "gay". I don't think telling someone they look nice is gay. Maybe not the way women do it, because that's not really in the average man's nature to tell his buddy he looks handsome, but I do think some people really over-react to their friends telling them they look nice.
