cuz im reading it right now and this story is talking about how ichigo lost his powers and is in school trying to make money so far....and in the show he lost his powers but then ichigos mod soul found a girl in the street and has to protect her from another bad guy

yeah that is filler. Its used to let to the manga get ahead of the anime. Its a necessary evil if we didn't have it the anime episodes would be 5mins long or we would have to wait 2month between episodes since each episode uses multiple manga chapters.

The shows are fillers, which has nothing to do with the manga. They are just slowing down the show so it doesn't catch up to the manga or there will be long delays.

Nope, it's fillers they just try joining it with the story. If it's not in the manga than it's a filler.

Then you know these are fillers.
Ichigo still has his powers in the episodes currently on.
He doesn't have them at the beginning of the manga's arc.

You don't know what fillers are. That's why you're confused.

Fillers are episodes stuck into the anime to let the manga continue. The Soul Society Invasion arc with the Mod Souls is the filler. The entire arc is the filler. Same thing for the Amagai Shuuhei Captain arc a while back. That entire arc was a filler as well.

Fillers are anything that's not in the manga.
