That's still a worthy feat in my book, considerably for Sakura whom isn't placed anywhere when it comes to speed.
You can say Hinata blitzes her and even I wouldn't care.

Regeneration is probably the only thing that keeps Hinata from crushing Sakura.
But then again, Sakura can punch the ground and let the impact do the work for her.

No, even then, I'd have to disagree, If I were to say, I'd say her foot speed is on par with those two in base, as it hasn't been shown to be anything to drool over.
Hinata's foot speed may be inferior to Sakura's, but there's no way Sakura is besting Hinata nor any other Hyuga in hand to hand speed given their abilities.
Lol I love how people don't know how to use the word overrated, being popular and having more fans seems to be its definition in NB.

I agree with this, Sakura in no way in hell is doing better than Naruto/Sasuke in footspeed.
But there's always one thing that bugged the shit out of me.
How was Sasuke able to fight against Naruto without Naruto's speed hindering him in any way, shape or form..

She wasn't out of chakra when she was helping Shikamaru. She just didn't have enough to give him a chakra boost. Which makes the whole chakra thing even more nonsensical. As traveling those dimensions quickly eat away Kaguya's chakra. You know...who has the whole world's chakra including Tsunade's who was shown to have more than Sakura(giving Shikamaru a chakra boost while she couldn't). Yet Sakura's chakra can travel through this dimension multiply times.

Overrated is when someone is actually getting rated higher than they deserve, AND it's actually accepted.
