Ki and chakra are not even close to being the same. Chakra requires a chakra network, Ki does not.

Ki and Chakra are both energy channeled from the body. Just because it never said Ki had a network or not doesn't mean there isn't one. Ki is sent out in a straight energy release and chakra is using that same energy in combination with a elemental nature.

Let me make it simple for you.

Bleach character attempts to stab Goku, Goku feels stab as it touches his skin, Goku reacts before he recieves any damage and counters based on an educated guess where the attack came from.

He may miss a few times but the bleach character will never hit.

Because bleach is full of asspulls and inconsistencies. You can't even gauge most of Ichigos feats and abilities of things that's he can possibly do. Because a plot shield is always in kubo's pocket and his characters can do anything at anytime.

This is exactly why I don't like comparing characters from different series'. Because the universes are completely different and have different circumstances and power standards. Goku is as strong as he is because DBZ involves fighting and power on a different scale than, let's say, One Piece. In DBZ, people like Goku destroy planets and galaxies, whereas in One Piece, some of the strongest can destroy islands. It's just different universes, with different concepts (like Ki and chakra). I don't like comparing them.
