Why I think Naruto and Sasuke neither will nor should have a final battle

Maybe he could keep the message the same and still have them fight
IE: Sasuke wants to wipe everyone out to start a better system anew but naruto defeats and TNJ's him

Maybe, but, then they wouldn't have been working together. The problem between Indra and Ashura won't be solved with one forcing the other to change their ideals (Naruto fighting Sasuke and TNJ'ing him) because that's exactly what either Indra tried to do to Ashura, or, vice verse. The only way this could be resolved would be for Naruto and Sasuke to come to an equal, civil, maybe even friendly agreement, to help rebuild the world together (there's no way the world of Naruto won't be changed after this war).
