That is a good question. Kishimoto created the system so that 1 element beats only one other element and he chose for lightning to beat earth. However he also made it that Suigetsu is weak againt lightning style. It is inconsistent but accoding to the general rule, lightning doesn't have an advantage over water (unless Kishi decides it does)

water itself is not weak to lightning, it's just that electricity itself stops him from being able to liquidize himself, this means nothing to someone like Tobirama who can't turn into liquid. (As far as I know)

No lmao. Sasuke's CM2 is on 1 tails level as shown in VoTE, SM beat Yang Kurama, See the differences? Tobirama beat a MS user who was equal to MS Madara, MS Sasuke has nothing against a someone who was equal to MS Madara. Power gap between MS and EMS is not that big except for PS, no side effects and increase of MS jutsus.

Hebi Sasuke couldn't even beat a sickened Itachi who was holding back while Tobirama beat a much stronger and healthly Uchiha.

He lost to 20 elite ninjas. Sasuke still had trouble against deidara. Orochimaru was bedridden and was surprised attacked as Sasuke stated to Suigetsu. Naruto was weakened from fighting Orochimaru and chose not to use Kurama's power. Sasuke is stronger than Base Naruto but loses to 4 tails version 2 Naruto.

Not really. Suigetsu is water that is alive, so he would feel the electrical current run through him, which would hurt him. Tobirama's suiton is not alive, so the raiton would be carrier by the suiton having no affect.

I really don't see Hebi Sasuke beating a guy with FTG and Edo tensei at the same time.

He can literally space-time to another country, preform edo tensei and send them to wherever Hebi Sasuke is and swarm him with 10 edo tensei.

Probably blitz him with FTG if he's overwhelmed by edo's.
