Sasuke doesn't have an Element advantage. In the Pokemon universe he would because Electric>Water, but in the Naruto Universe Lightning>Earth

Insane senju chakra levels,shadow clones, and he has edo tensei with infinite exploding tags, and ftg, hebi sasuke dies 100 times out of 100 times against Tobirama. Nothing in his arsenal can catch him with his ftg, and he has no way of getting rid of the edo's, even though they aren't actually needed for the win.

Sasuke will not prepare Kirin in time, and still, even if he could Tobirama would constantly teleport so he cannot be hit.

You forget that Tobirama finished off MS Izuna. Izuna and Madara were said to be equal in terms of power (up to MS, not saying about EMS Madara).

Tobirama is a natural counter for Sasuke's Katon.

Along with Tobirama's senju chakra levels, meaning that he can outlast Sasuke in long battle, Sasuke just can't take it.

That is a good question. Kishimoto created the system so that 1 element beats only one other element and he chose for lightning to beat earth. However he also made it that Suigetsu is weak againt lightning style. It is inconsistent but accoding to the general rule, lightning doesn't have an advantage over water (unless Kishi decides it does)
