Why he became the 6th Hokage

Why did he? Don't get me wrong i love Kakashi in every way to me he is one of the most skilled ninja ever to live , but was it becuz naruto was still to young at this point?

Tsunade probably just got tired of leading. Don't believe kakashi face was carved into the mountain in the last, so kakashi wasn't hokage that long

Naruto had to become the 7th Hokage. It took God 7 days to create this world. There are 7 dragon balls. There are 7 deadly sins. There are 7 chakra points in the human body!

So it took 7 hokages to achieve true peace in the NV!

This is very tru , not the part where kishi is a horrible writer but Gaara was so young yet he became a Kage. Was it becuz maybe he was more mature then naruto? Either way age is just a number.

Indeed. Or maybe, everyone else in the sand village are fodders or too old. But yeah, I don't see why Naruto wouldn't be able to become 6th Hokage, I guess it's all about numbers - 7 must be Kishi's favorite number.
