Why hasn't Tobi used any power of Rinnengan?

So it's confirmed that Tobi only use 1 jutsu s/t ninjutsu of his or(obito's) saringan.
but why the hell isn't he using any power of Rinnengan.
I mean can he not fully use Rinnengan paths!
He is in disadvantage battling, 9-tails, 8-tails, kakashi & gai.
He could have atleast used Deva path to repel attacks.

Tobi's unique objective is to achieve the Ten Tails. In My Opinion, he just wants to go defensive until the Ten Tails is complete and then rush to Naruto&Company.
Since we first saw Tobi, he has never used offensive jutsu/skills. Trolling Kishi, maybe? xD

Because that statue is probly using all his chakra ? That's why he was a shadow in akatsuki to be able to calmly sustain the beasts within the Gedo.

Don't forget that everything has a down edge. Tobi himself said that to kabuto.

I agree with you besides I believe that one rinnegan doesn't access to full six paths either that or Rinnegan tech eats a lot of chakra (that's why Nagato was chosen to take the rinnegan as Tobi said)

He simply didn´t use any of the rinnegans powers, bcuz he would die instantly.
A houge amount of chakra is needed to use even one rinnegan technique, and as he said himself: I am nothing more than an empty shell of my former self.
So it seems he got just a small amount of chakra, and theres the answer why he doesn´t use any rinnegan paths powers
