why hashirama only..?

I mean to ask that why people use hashirama cells for activation of Rinnegan why not tobirama or tsunade they are also senju

its OK for to use wood style we need hashirama cell but why for activating the Rinnegan
.....please help me I'm confused..

EMS + Hashi DNA = Rinnegan

MS + Tobirama DNA =/= Rinnegan

You know Ive thought about this as well.. Honestly NO ONE here knows why. My guess is that you could use Tobirama but not Tsunade DNA. Everyone wants Hashirama because he is more powerful and his DNA is better I would say but honestly I think the outcome would be the same regardless. The thing is you need SENJU DNA not Hashirama DNA.. hope that answers your question.
