The high tiers in DBZ are massively hypersonic +(Vegeta, Goku, Gohan, Vegito and Buu being mach 1000+) while the characters in tiers lower than them are around the mach 200-600 range.

make this argument next time dbz vs naruto comes up but not by itself... and you do know that different genjutsu's work in different ways and effect the flow of spiritual energy different and that with most genjutsu are not target but radiant chakra flows and you can't escape them with speed but need to regulate your spiritual energy and defuse the chakra disturbance it's not a matter of strength or speed or energy quantity it's about energy control.
