Why genjutsu wouldn't work on dbz characters

Most people say the reson genjutsu wont work on dbz characters because they have ki not chakra which is wrong ki and chakra are the same thing. The real reason genjutsu wont work on dbz characters is because two reasons actually. One, dbz characters are too fast to get hit with genjutsu to even hit them and two the dbz characters are master at hiding there chakra aka ki genjutsu effects the persons chakra flow but if the chakra is turned off genjutsu cant work and those are the reasons genjutsu is useless aganist them.

Genjutsu wont work for anouther reason no one from naruto would have time to use it against anyone from DBZ they would die to quickly.

Um no, not all genjutsu requires hand seals. When using the sharingan no hand seals are begin used. The girl from the sound ninja four didnt need hand seals either she just needed to play her flute. So overall, not all genjutsu require hand seals, and speed can't really compete against sound genjutsu.

They are able to turn there ki off to the point where enemies cant track them besides there too fast to even get hit with genjutsu.

I wasnt talking about speed I was just mentioning how in every battle nauto character build up to there big move while almost every later DBZ fight starts with them going super sayin and one punch from that and most naruto characters arnt getting up.

if the dbz character is close enough to fight naruto character sound genjutsu is gonna work they can't outrun the sound forever and still fight. they either get caught or run away you can't explain away science
