Why fav the MC?

honestly, I started liking naruto as a characater after he went BM,he just looked too badass, before that though i used to hate him, why? simple, he is the MC and is heavily protected by plot shield, so pretty much every "bad" guy he faced through out shippuden pretty much got nerfed so they could lose to naruto.

Kakuzu. states he faced off with god hashirama, but loses to base naruto and team 10 with kakashi? just saying hashi woulda negged that team. and somebody that was able to survive more than a sec against alive hashi should of negged that team as well.


pain. fight shoulda ended very quickly, regular frog sm, cannot take on a rinnegan user, what ever somehow naruto destroys all the paths but deva and gets beat down, he flips out goes on to 6 then 8 tails but gets trapped in a CT. now how did naruto escape the CT? since his 8 tails transformation was clearly trapped, he turns base and somehow is able to jump down?


rinnegan tobi, do i have to explain? somehow naruto and bee take on all other perfect jins with the sharingan and rinnegan included in them, are the other tail beast really that much weaker than the 9 tails? or did they get heavily nerfed because naruto had gotten a new power up BM.

juubito: juubito coulda negged naruto and sasuke with more ease than madara, but apperently he wanted to hear "naruto's answer"

kaguya and jj madara, no explanation needed, these two got heavily nerfed, kishi made madara spam one jutsu as soon as he got his original rinnegan (limbo) but what about all the other OP jutsu's madara has that were supposed to be powered up by the juubi and sage chakra? kaguya's hype got killed within 3 chapters. they made her retarded so she wouldn't neg naruto and sasuke.

I think Part 2 Naruto is much more likable than Part 1 Naruto. Especially after he fought Pain, Naruto became more mature, and he developed a sense of what it was he wanted to do to create the peace so many others got lost trying to bring about.

Kakashi is a highly skilled, and intelligent shinobi.

He used a mix of both, plus the support of Team 10 to keep on Kakuzu's toes. It wasn't until Kakuzu was pushed close to the end of his tether that Naruto even arrived and even then, it was a Raikiri that finished him.

Besides, having an encounter with Hashirama doesn't mean that he even held his ground. It was likely that he was completely overwhelmed and Hashirama's peaceful nature let him live.

-With kakuzu, we dont know at what point he fought with hashi. Obv you're right that hashi would've destroyed that team with base naruto and kakashi but kakuzu could've fought hashi before he was the 'God of Shinobi' and much weaker. So, who knows?

-With sage mode, I think you are underestimating it. Pretty much everyone in the manga including shikaku acknowledged that once you master sage mode, you are instantly in a class of your own. Now whether that means you can match up against a rinnegan user is debatable but sage mode deserves some more credit than you're giving it.

-The jinc with sharingan and rinnegan somehow losing to naruto was kinda BS. So, I understand your point on that one.

This might be one of the reasons I rarely like MCs, at least in Shounen/typical action - you know they're bound to win. I mean, I do find Naruto to be a rather sympathetic and positive character, but it's hard for me to be deeply invested in him emotionally.

That's nice to know. I liked part 1 Naruto because he was easier to sympathise with @ the others I prefer characters for their stories and their progression rather than being a powerwhore all the way through. Not saying, I want them to be complete weaklings.

As a true Naruto fan i agree, its sad. All these bandwagoners is just pathetic. However like 90% of sasuke base only like him for his dojutsu, if sasuke ever lost his eyes i guarantee almost all his fanbase would disappear.

Oi, I don't like Sasuke for his dojutsu! He can have the same powers as Choji, he doesn't have to be an Uchiha and I am still satisfied with his character. ARGH, I meant to not like your post. ¬__¬
