well if naruto is like the real world each kid has 4 dna possibility

say dad is kk and mom is Kk when kk is you have the realse

So you are basing this on the fact that Kankuro and Temari don't have red hair. Well I think Kishi probably did it for looks because I think Temari with yellow hair would look much better than if she had red hair. Same with Kankuro.

On the Naruto Wiki, it is said that Temari shares the same appearance as her mother. Kankuro looks different because of his face paint but he also looks similar to his father to some extent.
