Why don't people count the Juubi as Obito's power?

As far as I know, every Jinchuuriki always has problems with controlling a tailed beast. Obito spoke two chapters and as we've seen so far, the Juubi doesn't have a conscience, showing that there's still hints of Obito in there. Minato also stated that he isn't used to the Juubi yet so he has some form of control.

i dont think obito will have the jubbi for long he lost his cloak usually kishi kills off people that do not to mention naruto saw the seals for both the sealing and the rinne rebirth jutsu now perfect setup to become the next sage of the six paths.
