[Question] Why don't any of my sent messages appear under sent items

The folder only contains my very first outward pm but none of my other pms. Are people still getting my pms?

When I go to the user CP, the only thing related to what you said is a folder called "sent items" which is only contains my very first pm.

Go to user CP > general settings and under private messaging you will see the option to save a copy of the sent messages in the sent items folder. Even if you have set it so that no copies get saved, people will still receive the PMs sent by you.
