Why doesn't Tobi just teleport?

Why is space-time master Tobi running through the forest to reach naruto and killer bee? Wouldn't it be smarter to just teleport to them?

lol the clone masked man isn't capable of teleporting the clone body won't be able to handle it don't forget that the 1 jumping from tree to treee could be a clone as stated in the manger

Tobi is heading to the Allied Shinobi's Head Quarter's (HQ) and not the direction of Naruto and Killer Bee.

Zetsu is a sensor, he sensed when Naruto and KB came out of the barrier/island. So he can.
