Maybe they do, maybe they don't. Kishi hasn't really gone into specifics of the Senjus. At least not as much as he has the Uchiha. All we really know about the Senju is that they have strong physical strength and life-force.

I believe that the strong life force is a trait of the Uzumakis and not the Senjus.

And Plus, each member is skilled in some sort of way. Probably skilled in some kind of Element, Medical Skill etc.

Kekkei Genkai are abilities passed down through blood line, and no other blood relative of Hashi has Mokuton, Yamato was an exception because he was experimented upon by Orochimaru using Hashi's cells.

But it's still not Kekkei Genkai because it's not limited by blood, look how Orochimaru and Kabuto abused Tobirama's Edo Tensei. and the great vitality and life force is an Uzumaki trait, not Senju

I might be mistaken on that point. But for the most part, the Senju's abilities are a mystery.

There are many characters with huge chakra reserves, but it doesn't make it a Kekkei Genkai, it has to be something unique like the Sharingan, or Byakugan, or Haku's ice style or Guren's crystal style

Not everyone is going to have it.

Kimimaro was the only one in his clan that could use their Kekkei Genkai.
