Why doesn't the Senju Clan have Kekkei Genkai?

You would think that the most powerful clan in the world would have at least some form of Kekkei Genkai like the Uchiha's Sharingan or the Hyuuga's Byakugan, but instead only Hashirama has Wood Release while the other Senjus do not. They should have a Kekkei Genkai to make them stand out of the crowd.

wood release is a kekkei genkai, but apparently hashirama was the only powerful ninja to awaken that ability and use it to its full potental

The sage passed down his powers to the elder son (the Uchiha) the younger son did not inherit any of his powers and that was passed down through the Senju

They do. Their body traits are inheritances from Rikudo. The strong life force, huge chakra pools, & adeptness at sealing techniques. These are basically Kekkei Genkai becuase they are bloodline inherited.

Nope, only Hashirama can use it, Tsunade or other Senjus can't use it, not even the second Hokage

Maybe they do, maybe they don't. Kishi hasn't really gone into specifics of the Senjus. At least not as much as he has the Uchiha. All we really know about the Senju is that they have strong physical strength and life-force.

Well there's Tobirama, and Tsunade, but many Uchihas stand out because of the Sharingan like Sasuke, Itachi, Madara, Shisui, Obito, etc.
