Why doesn't Sasuke use Rinne Tensai to revive everyone and then preta path Naruto?

I don't get Naruto and Sasuke can revive everyone but yet doesn't do that.

It was stated the reason Nagato died from doing Rinne tensai was because of being low on chakra. When Nagato was edo and did preta path it restored his chakra and looks.

If Sasuke use Rinne Tensai he will be drain and maybe close to death, but when Sasuke use Preta Path on Naruto that should restore Sasuke chakra and looks and prevent death.

Konan is known for being a rinnegan expert.
Black Zetsu, on the other hand, said obito would die for sure after using the edo tensei, and I think he knows better. Just my opinion though.

Maybe you need more chakra for a revival over a longer distance that Nagato didn't have. Maybe Jiraiya was already eaten by fish or would've just drown because he was so deep or something. He definitely couldn't be edo tensei'd anyway because you need his DNA for that.
