Why does'nt Sasuke use Chidori Lament in Part 2...?

He couldn't use it on Deidara coz he was a long range fighter
and he didn't use it on Itachi because he had a whole plan set up for his Kirin tech
those are the only fights he's been in with the curse mark in pt 2
that's my guess as to why he didnt use it
