[Discussion] Why doesn't Luffy or Zoro just train their weaker crewmates?

if he is pissed about them not being entirely ready for NW and them getting wiped out then surely making every fighter as strong as possible should be a priority.
haki could agument any fighting style, even if its basic CoO. imagine how many times chopper wished HE Had some mantra.
and they should have time to give even rudimentry haki during their time sailing to new islands.
dunno, just seems smart to me.

nami outright doesnt know how to fight. yet shes survived this long relying on the stronger crew. it only makes sense to bring her up to snuff.

Zoro has a different sword style than brook so he wouldn't be a good teacher and Luffy well no one else uses rubber..
however if your talking about haki then they should be able to help them

but that is dumb. narutos abilities arent compatible ot others besides himself.
haki however is applicable to everyone and anything.
i dont care how much faith they have in weaklings. its still bringing everyone down to have one weak crewmember. a little haki and she wont be so weak.

Took Luffy 1.5 years to learn it from a master in haki.

How is a dummy like Luffy who is only a novice in haki going to teach others in the very little free time they have?

Ppl are underestimating the SH's, the problem with the weak trio isn't that they are weak, it's that they just are not fighters (and when I say problem I mean for you because I actually prefer not all of them be stereotypical fighters)

Nami and Usopp did pretty well against Bufallo and Baby 5 ... Ppl think that the weak trio are about as strong as random fodder Marines when in reality they are so far from that it's not even funny

Not to mention it takes forever to learn Haki, maybe some of them will with time, and it's not like they do nothing on the ship, Usopp is always fiddling with his stuff, Nami's staff powered up (she's not a physical fighter), ...

And above all ... Being strong isn't everything, they have the monster trio and Franky (if he takes on a VA ... Wow), andnthe m3o will at the end be PK, yonko and admiral lvl at the very least whereas the WB pirates (one of the strongest) only had ONE member that could fight an Admiral

i was also thingking about this, if Luffy, Zoro and Sanji can train the others in at least CoA and CoO, and luffy can help Whoever has CoC.

But if said pple dont even have the will to fight in a battle they can die from how do u even expect them to awaken haki. Ussop needs to first concur his fear then only can he begin training in haki remember non of the pple who have haki are wimps and so far there hasnt been a non physical combatant haki user or use other than for kenboshoku haki and give that to Ussop right now just wld make him run away even faster than withought it. All in time pple right now Ussop is weak willed(f word that "well he survived Rayleigh's").

he could use both CoO to dodge and CoA for his Slingshot...dont get me wrong, he will still be a coward but at least he can have more options and will decide to fight back faster.

Actually not everyone has haki or can learn/aquire it. Monster trio usually learns something and gets stronger by fights to death, harsh training etc. I don't see how they could ever teach anything to anyone.
All SHs have unique abilities. Even Zoro and Brook who are swordsmen don't use the same style to fight. I don't see how anyone could teach Nami how to use better her clima tact or Usopp how to be a better sniper.
Personally, I think Usopp and Nami and the rest of the crew is stronger than we think. Nami faced twice stronger than her opponents and managed to defeat them without even serious wounding herself. So that suggestion doesn't make any sense to me. Don't forget that all of them used the timeskip to train and get stronger. If that's enough for Luffy then it should be enough for the whole crew.
