Because he doesn't constantly use it like the uchihas did. He only uses it when absolutely nessacary and uses MS even less. He rests it for long periods of time after he uses it in a fight as well so the wear and tear isn't nearly as bad as say sasuke who starts spamming sharingan from the get go.

Kakashi uses a special seal to activate his MS. He doesn't have a normal MS. Also, his chakra levels are pretty low to keep spamming MS techs therefore, putting a natural limit to how much he can use, therefore... not leading him to darkness... Sounds ok?

He's not overpowered by darkness..

I think Kakashi has EMS but its not yet told in the manga.

Eye drops,duh!

Maybe it is getting worse but he has his other eye to see through,so it doesn't affect him too much in battle.Though,he does close the other eye sometimes though.Who knows?Kishi has said he will write more about Kakashi this year,so maybe we'll find out.But then again he's been saying that for years now.

his second meeting with itachi he confirmed that his eye sight got worse...
thats the why itachi said kakashi-san you couldn't have...(you couldn't achieve MS)

one thing that I do think!!! Kamui is a kind of dojutsu that takes just a second & kakashi hardly ever used it, just in life/death situation... and every time he use it he lose so many chakra... but this time he CAN NOT hold himself back, he can not watch and see Naruto fighting the one who caused the death of his sensie and kakashi doesn't want the same person kill his student... this is about life and death... the end of the world

He doesn't use his Sharingan all the time - except for now during the war. Also if he ever gets blind in his Sharingan eye, that won't be too bad, because he still has his other normal eye to see with.

The origins of Tobi's S/T ability is unknown , alot of people think it's unique to him or somehow related to Kakashi. In saying that, he still hasn't shown/used MS/EMS so going blind should not apply to him.
How he gained the ability exactly I don't know?
