Possibly because the way he gained the Sharingan is similar to that of gaining MS. Therefore giving him a MS/EMS hybrid, hence in being similar to EMS properties of not losing their light.

His vision is getting worse I think. He asked Itachi how bad his eyesight had gotten. That means Kakashi must know that using MS techniques causes blindness. Since very few have unlocked MS it implies Kakashi knows first hand about losing eyesight.

kakashi did not know a lot about ms, we dont even KNOW 100% that thats his same eye as part one he could have ems to. i dont think so myself but its not 100% that its not

The origins of Tobi's S/T ability is unknown , alot of people think it's unique to him or somehow related to Kakashi. In saying that, he still hasn't shown/used MS/EMS so going blind should not apply to him.
