Why doesn't Kakashi use Rasengan more?

Rasengan doesn't have a chakra nature. Its your chakras spinning and spiraling very fast in a circle. Naruto was training for his nature to add wind to the rasengan

ne never needed the eye to use the jutsu he created. Minato made a recommendation about the original ''sprinting chidori'' leaving him open.
kakashi no longer uses it in that way. he can maintain activation while standing still.
