kaido is nearly confirmed DF user.so he should be dead if drowned.there ain't too many plo holes in onepiece so u might just have found one.

DF user or not, he should drown either way, if he jump in water and don't try to swim (second is if he is not DF user, he should be capable of swimming).

without oxygen cells can't live you can't just avoid that. Kaido will die.

This is fiction world, you can't apply real life just like that. If you want it to apply, than Kaido is alredy dead by falling from the sky.

I know that and it was an expression. Kaidou wants a war so crazy that its guaranteed for him to die. It took a crazy war to kill the WSM so Kaidou is on the right track.

For humans at least, it is physically impossible to do so. The brain overrides the body and forces you to breathe. It could be said the same is true with kaido. Also it is likely he is testing what can beat him in a match of physical power/damage, not a cheap way to die.
